Refund and Returns Policy

 

Cancellation Policy

Once the order is placed with Homenest Furniture, the shipping may occur as fast as 24 hour period. Once this step has been completed, you become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from Homenest Furniture. For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations once the 24 hour window has passed. At the time an order is placed the customer receives a notification via e-mail describing all order details. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the information in this e-mail receipt is correct. We give you 24 hours to review your e-mail confirmation and reply or call us with any discrepancies or changes at no charge. If you do not notify us of any changes within the 24 hour window, Homenest Furniture will proceed with shipping. Any cancellation of the order after this point will need to follow our Return Policy and fees may apply.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, discount errors, discontinued products, or not feasible to deliver to certain areas, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us.

Return and Refund Policy
You can return most items for a store credit or exchange them within seven days of receipt. However, customers must pay the “actual” freight charges, and the returned items must be returned to our Pennsylvania warehouse in good condition before credit is processed. Please ensure your return is packed enough to avoid damage on the return trip. We recommend that you save the original packing materials. We only accept the return of upholstery products on the same day of delivery.

Returns Due to Damages:
All returns due to damages may be processed as an exchange towards a replacement product, or may be credited as store credit for any future purchase with Homenest Furniture. We do not offer money back credits on any of our returns unless approved by our Sales Department.

Although rare, unfortunately damages during the shipping and manufacturing processes occasionally occur. In order to address any issues promptly please take your time to inspect the merchandise upon receipt, with a delivery representative present. If you find any damages, please reject the shipment and contact our customer service department right away.

If you have not noticed any damages at time of delivery, please notify us within 48 hours from delivery. To help us determine the situation we may ask you to e-mail photographs of the damages as well as a clear description. You may email the information to sales@myhomenestfurniture.com. We will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. RMA must be provided for any return or exchange, and any package received without a RMA will be rejected. If the damages are promptly and precisely reported, we will do our best to replace the damaged items in a timely fashion.

Please note that if your delivery damages (does not apply to factory damages) have not been reported within 48 hours from time of delivery, Homenest Furniture must assume that any damages that have occurred after 48 hours from delivery are inflicted by the customer, and your items may not be returned or exchanged. We ask that you inspect all orders at time of delivery.
